Please note, all activities are weather dependent and the safety of the group is paramount. We will aim to ensure that all activities listed take place, but the days/activities may be subject to change.


Our instructors have been trained to a high standard in the activities that are being offered, this includes first aid. Instructors will provide a safe and enjoyable environment for the participants to be able to challenge themselves and develop a wide range of skills whilst having fun at the same time. UWC Atlantic Experience is registered and holds current licences for The Adventure Activities Licensing Authority (AALA). Adventure activities licensing ensures that activity providers follow good safety standards and management practices.


Suggested daily packing list:
Wear clothing suitable for taking part in adventure activities (group will be outside) - sports clothes are required with the need to have long trousers and sleeves
Hat
Trainers
Swimwear, towel, goggles
Water bottle
Packed lunch and snacks
Small rucksack to carry lunch and spare clothing
Personal medication
Sunscreen
Please provide a packed lunch, snacks and sports bottle to be re-filled throughout the day.
